Annual Minutes Town of Weyauwega American Legion – 303 N Mill St, Weyauwega WI 54983 Apr 21, 2026 1. Call to order a. Chairman/Dave Stelzner called to order the Annual meeting of Town of Weyauwega at 6:00pm on Apr 21, 2026, at Town Hall/American Legion. 2. Pledge of Allegiance a. We stood and said the pledge of allegiance. 3. Roll call a. Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Chairman/Dave Stelzner, Supervisor/Terry Wilz, Supervisor/John Neuman, Treasurer/Jodi Wilz and Clerk/Sonia Thede- Kramer. b. Public – Bob Van Epps, Scott Jonely, Larry Shofner, Holly Martin, Brian Haase and Ryan Brown. 4. Review & Approve 2025 Financials Report a. The Board reviewed the 2025 Financial Report and spreadsheets provided by Clerk Sonia Thede-Kramer, which detailed the allocation and amount of funds for each section. This information was compared to the 2024 report to highlight the differences in each section. Motion to approve the 2025 Financials Report by Supervisor/John Neuman, seconded by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, all ayes, motion carried. 5. Year 2025 Review a. Chairman/Dave Stelzner went over items from 2025. He reported on maintenance completed on south end of Evanswood Rd. Several roads had should work completed. Waupaca Cty Hwy Dept filled in many potholes. Bridges were resurfaced. Approaches were blacktop on couple of roads. 6. Assignment of Committees a. Planning Commission: Jack Jansen advised he would like to serve on the board again, but not sure when will be able to get. Till he gets better, Jim Biddison agreed to be an alternate. Larry Shofner advised he will serve on the board till Sept. Have not heard from Jeff Dyer yet. Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/John Neuman as chair for the planning commission board with other members being Tom Gettendorf, Jack Jansen, Larry Shofner and alternative Jim Biddison. b. Wolf River Preservation: Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/Terry Wilz the member to represent Town of Weyauwega. c. Fire District: Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/Terry Wilz with John Neuman as the alternate, the members to represent Town of Weyauwega. 7. Public Input a. No public input. 8. Set 2026 Annual Meeting a. All board members agreed to set the Annual Meeting for April 20, 2027, the third Tuesday in April, at 6:00pm. 9. Adjourn a. Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:11 pm by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, seconded by Supervisor/John Neuman, all ayes, motion carried.
