Board of Review Minutes Town of Weyauwega American Legion – 303 N Mill St, Weyauwega WI 54983 Aug 5, 2025 1. Call to order a. Supervisor/John Neuman called to order the meeting of Town of Weyauwega at 6:00 pm on Aug 5, 2025, at The American Legion. 2. Roll call a. Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Chairman/Dave Stelzner, Supervisor/Terry Wilz, Supervisor/John Neuman, Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer, Assessor/Larry Preuss and Assessor/Brittany Schwersenska b. No Public 3. Information a. Assessor/Larry Preuss provided the list of sales in the Town of Weyauwega. The percentage of assessment is now at 110%. Supervisor/Terry Wilz asked if the home value increase does the taxes increase? Assessor/Larry Preuss the value may have increased on a residence home, but that does not mean the taxes will increase on the township side. He is not sure what the county and schools will set their rates at. 4. No public arrived at the Board of Review 5. Adjournment a. Motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 pm by Supervisor/John Neuman, seconded by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, all ayes, motion carried.
