Board of Review Minutes Town of Weyauwega American Legion – 303 N Mill St, Weyauwega WI 54983 May 5, 2025 1. Call to order a. Chairman/Dave Stelzner called to order the Board of Review meeting of Town of Weyauwega at 5:45 pm on May 5, 2025, at The American Legion. 2. Roll call a. Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Chairman/Dave Stelzner, Supervisor/Terry Wilz, Supervisor/John Neuman, Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer and Assessor/Larry Preuss. b. No Public 3. Discussions a. Assessor/Larry Preuss stated this meeting is only a formality as we don’t have any figures due to revaluation of our township. The figures will become available to Assessor/Larry Preuss and Waupaca County around June or July. He will then send notices to the residents which should go out around July 4th. He advised, the board needs to set the Open book and Board of Review after figures are received and notices sent to residents. Board agreed to set the Open Book on Thursday July 24th from Noon to 3pm. Then Board of Review is set for Tuesday Aug 5th from 6pm to 8pm. b. Assessor/Larry Preuss provided a copy of the notice that will be sent out. The board reviewed. Board asked some questions and Assessor/Larry Preuss provided insight on the outcome of the revaluation. He thinks the revaluation will go well. 4. Adjournment a. Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 pm by Supervisor/John Neuman, seconded by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, all ayes, motion carried.
