Annual Minutes Town of Weyauwega American Legion – 303 N Mill St, Weyauwega WI 54983 April 15, 2025 1. Call to order a. Chairman/Dave Stelzner called to order the Annual meeting of Town of Weyauwega at 6:00pm on April 15, 2025, at Town Hall/American Legion. 2. Pledge of Allegiance a. We stood and said the pledge of allegiance. 3. Roll call a. Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Chairman/Dave Stelzner, Supervisor/Terry Wilz, Supervisor/John Neuman, Treasurer/Jodi Wilz and Clerk/Sonia Thede- Kramer. b. Public – Tom Cullen and Jack Jansen 4. Review & Approve 2024 Financials Report a. The Board reviewed the 2024 Financial Report and spreadsheets provided by Clerk Sonia Thede-Kramer, which detailed the allocation and amount of funds for each section. This information was compared to the 2023 report to highlight the differences in each section. Motion to approve the 2024 Financials Report by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, seconded by Supervisor/John Neuman, all ayes, motion carried. 5. Year 2024 Review a. Chairman/Dave Stelzner went over items from 2024. He stated the construction on Evanswood Rd and Galilee Rd. He pointed out that filling potholes was less in 2024 when compared to 2023, but Haire Rd needs repair. Several roads were gravel, sealcoating, etc and not many trees were trimmed by the County. 6. Oath of Offices a. Chairman, Supervisors, Treasurer & Clerk: Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer congratulated all the board members for winning their incumbent positions. All officers took and signed the oath of office; Dave Stelzner for Chairman, Terry Wilz and John Neuman for Supervisor, Jodi Wilz for Treasurer and Sonia Thede-Kramer for Clerk. 7. Assignment of Committees a. Planning Commission: Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/John Neuman as chair for the planning commission board with other members being Tom Gettendorf, Jack Jansen, Larry Shofner and Jeff Dyer. b. Wolf River Preservation: Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/Terry Wilz the member to represent Town of Weyauwega. c. Fire District: Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/Terry Wilz with John Neuman as the alternate, the members to represent Town of Weyauwega. 8. Public Input a. No public input. 9. Set 2025 Annual Meeting a. All board members agreed to set the Annual Meeting for April 21, 2026, the third Tuesday in April, at 6:00pm. 10. Adjourn a. Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:17 pm by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, seconded by Supervisor/John Neuman, all ayes, motion carried.
