Annual Minutes Town of Weyauwega American Legion – 303 N Mill St, Weyauwega WI 54983 April 16, 2024 1. Call to order a. Chairman/Dave Stelzner called to order the Annual meeting of Town of Weyauwega at 6:00pm on April 16, 2024, at Town Hall/American Legion. We stood and said the pledge of allegiance. 2. Roll call a. Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Chairman/Dave Stelzner, Supervisor/Terry Wilz, Supervisor/John Neuman, Treasurer/Jodi Wilz and Clerk/Sonia Thede- Kramer. b. Public – NA 3. Review & Approve 2023 Financials Report a. Board reviewed the 2023 Financial report and compared it to the previous year’s financial report. Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer pointed out some lines to the board. Also, reminded the board, we paid the TID off in 2021 but received the funds in 2022. Board noticed the increase in interest from 2022 to 2023. Motion to approve the 2023 Financials Report by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, seconded by Supervisor/John Neuman, all ayes, motion carried. 4. Year 2023 Review a. Chairman/Dave Stelzner went over items from 2023. He stated the completion of Koplien Rd, paving it. The winter was not as bad this year, so the snow removal was less. Other repairs on roads included gravel, sealcoating and some tree trimming. 5. Assignment of Committees a. Planning Commission: Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/John Neuman as chair for the planning commission board with other members being Tom Gettendorf and Larry Shofner. He was still waiting for an answer from Jake Jansen and Jeff Dyer. b. Wolf River Preservation: Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/Terry Wilz with himself as alternative, the members to represent Town of Weyauwega. c. Fire District: Chairman/Dave Stelzner appointed Supervisor/Terry Wilz and himself, the members to represent Town of Weyauwega. 6. Public Input a. NA – No public 7. Set 2025 Annual Meeting a. Motion to set the Annual Meeting on April 15, 2025, at 6:00pm by Supervisor/John Neuman, seconded by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, all ayes, motion carried. 8. Adjourn a. Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:14 pm by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, seconded by Supervisor/John Neuman, all ayes, motion carried.
