Budget Hearing Minutes Town of Weyauwega American Legion – 303 N Mill St, Weyauwega WI 54983 Nov 6, 2023 1. Budget for 2024 Hearing called to order a. Chairmen/Dave Stelzer called to order the Budget Hearing of Town of Weyauwega at 6:00pm on Nov 6, 2023, at Town Hall/American Legion. b. We stood and said the pledge of allegiance. 2. Roll call a. Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Chairman/Dave Stelzner, Supervisor/Terry Wilz, Supervisor/John Neuman, Treasurer/Jodi Wilz and Clerk/Sonia Thede- Kramer. b. Public – Jessica Van Bommel 3. Discussion/Review Budget a. The board went through the budget line by line for 2024. Clerk/Sonia Thede-Kramer went over some lines in detail. She answered many questions on how the amounts were figured. Main thing is we are anticipating charges to increase. Another item went over is the increase of the Shared Revenue. 4. Citizens Recommendations of Budget a. Public – No Recommendations 5. Hearing Adjourned a. Motion to Approve the Budget for 2024 a. Motion to Approve the Budget 2024 as printed with Total expenses at $306,150, Total revenues $186,330 and Local Levy $119,820 by Supervisor/Terry Wilz, seconded by Supervisor/John Neuman, all ayes, motion carried. 4.
