Chairman/Jim Biddison called to order the 2023 Caucus of Town of Weyauwega at 6:00 pm on January 9, 2023, at Town Hall/American Legion. 2. Roll call a. Attendee Sign-In sheet was passed around. Jim Biddison, Terry Wilz, Dave Stelzner, Sonia Thede- Kramer, Jodi Wilz, Jor Jeanna Biddison, Kathy Wagner, Michele Neuman, Aliah Neuman, John Neuman, Cindy Vang & Gordan Vang. 3. Call for Election Officials to conduct Caucus a. Appoint Chair – Town of Weyauwega Chairman/Jim Biddison appointed himself as Chair for the Caucus b. Appoint to take Minutes – Town of Weyauwega Chairman/Jim Biddison appointed Sonia Thede-Kramer to take minutes for the Caucus. 4. Nominations for Town Chairman a. Nomination made by Terry Wilz for Dave Stelzner, seconded by Jeanna Biddison. No other nominations were made. b. Nomination Closed – Motion to close nominations for Chairman by Terry Wilz, seconded by Jim Biddison 5. Nominations for Town Supervisor a. Nomination made by Kathy Wagner for Gordan Vang for Supervisor, seconded by Cindy Vang. b. Nomination made by Michele Neuman for John Neuman for Supervisor, seconded by Terry Wilz. 6. Nominations for Town Supervisor a. Nomination made by Jeanna Biddison for Terry Wilz for Supervisor, seconded by Dave Stelzner. b. No other nominations were made. c. Nomination Closed – Motion to close nominations for Supervisor by Terry Wilz, seconded by Dave Stelzner. 7. Nominations for Town Clerk a. Nomination made by Jeanna Biddison for Sonia Thede-Kramer for Clerk, seconded by Terry Wilz. No other nominations were made. b. Sonia Thede-Kramer distributed all the nomination papers to individuals that were nominated. 10. Caucus Adjourn a. Motion to adjourn caucus Terry Wilz at 6:07pm, seconded by Dave Stelzner, all ayes, motion carried.
