Proper notice has been posted in accordance with WI Statutes so that the Townspeople may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting. 3. ROLL CALL 4. Elect Chairman of the Board of Review 5. Elect Vice-Chair of the Board of Review 6. Clerk presents ate assessment roll and sworn statements to the Board. 7. Board examines the roll, corrects errors in description or computation, adds omitted or eliminates Double assess property 8. Hears Objectors 9. Makes determinations 10. Clerk prepares determinations for objectors, hands the determination to the objectors if present, Or mails them using certified mail. 11. Chairman asks Clerk if determinations have been made out and mailed. 12.
