TOWN OF ROYALTON BOARD OF REVIEW THURSDAY , JULY 30 2026 --5:00PM-7:00PM AT THE TOWN HALL E6132 STATE ROAD 54, NEW LONDON This meeting notice has been posted at the Town Hall, E5406 NShore Rd, N4715 St Hwy 22-110, website: https://townofroyalton.com posting places. 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER 2. OPENING STATEMENT BY CHAIRMAN: This meeting and all other meetings of the Town Board Are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted in accordance with WI Statutes so that the Townspeople may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting. 3. ROLL CALL; Bruce Long, Chris Ebert, Bryan Strobusch, Judy Doud, Kathy Bazile 4. Elect Chairman of the Board of Review: A motion by Ebert, with a second by Doud to elect Long To be Chairman. Motion carried. 5. Elect Vice-Chair of the Board of Review; Motion by Long,with a second by Doud to elect Ebert Vice Chair. Motion Carried. 6. Clerk presents the assessment roll and sworn statements to the Board. 7. Board examines the roll, corrects errors in description or computation, adds omitted or eliminates Double assess property. Clerk did not receive any calls for appointments. 8. Hears Objectors:None made. 9. Makes determinations: None to be made 10. Clerk prepares determinations for objectors, hands the determination to the objectors if present, Or mails them using certified mail: None to be made. 11. Chairman asks Clerk if determinations have been made out and mailed; No determinations at this time. 12. Motion to adjourn: After meeting the required 2 hours, a motion by Ebert, with a second by Strobusch, to adjourn meeting. Motion carried.
