TOWN OF ROYALTON ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE Tuesday, April 21, 2026, 6:00 p.m. Royalton Town Hall located at E6132 State Hwy 54 New London AGENDA This meeting Agenda has been posted at the Town Hall; E5406 N. Shore Rd; N4715 St Hwy 22/110 posting places. 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairman Long calls to order at 6:00pm 2. OPENING STATEMENT BY CHAIRMAN: This meeting and all other meetings of the Town Board are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted and given to the press in accordance with WI Statutes so that the townspeople may be aware of the time, place, and agenda of this meeting. 3. ROLL CALL: Bruce Long, Judy Doud, Chris Ebert, Patricia Craig, Jeffrey Beyer 4. ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES FROM 2025 Read and motion to approve minutes from 04/15/2026 by Patricia Craig, with a second by Chris Ebert. Motion carried. 5. BUSINESS: 2025 Financial Report: Financial report reviewed. Patricia Craig clarifies dog listing versus dog license. With no other comments/questions, a motion by Chris Ebertto approve 2025 Financial Report, with a second from Patricia Craig. Motion carried. Town Labor/salaries: Review of Town Salaries/Rate of Pay. Chairman: A motion by Patricia Craig, second by Chris Ebert to approve increase in annual salary from $8500.00 to $9000.00. Motion carried. Supervisor I and II annual salary reviewed. A motion by Patricia Craig to increase annual salary to $3500.00, with a second from Judy Doud. Motion carried. The Plan commission member salaries: A motion by Long to increase meeting pay to $30.00, and Secretary to $40.00 per meeting, with a second by Chris Ebert, effective immediately. Motion carried. Mileage rates: A motion by Patricia Craig to set mileage rate at current IRS Standard Business rate updated annually effective immediately, second by Bruce Long. Motion carried. Appoint Town Plan Commission: A motion by Patrica Craig to appoint the following townspeople to the Town Plan Commission for terms as listed, with a second by Chris Ebert. Motion carried. Debra Buchholz-3-year Term -expires 04/2029 Duane Bork-3-year term-expires 04/2029 Daniel Gorell-2-year term-expires/ 04/2028 Michael Koch-2-year term-expires 04/2028 6. INPUT: from townspeople Bruce Long relates he went on a tour of various roads in the township with Hank Mitchell, Waupaca Co Asst Operations Manager. Among roads with issues, and potential to see improvements: Zirbel Rd, Heinke Dr, White Lake Rd. More information will be provided at monthly town meetings 7. SET DATE & TIME for 2027 Annual Meeting: With a motion by Patricia Craig, meeting to be scheduled for Tuesday, April 20, 2027 at 6:00pm at the Town Hall, seconded by Jeffrey Beyer. Motion carried. 8.
