TOWN OF ROYALTON PUBLIC HEARING Thursday, July 10, 2025 At the Town Hall at 5:45pm E6132 State Hwy 54 New London AGENDA This meeting Agenda has been posted at the Town Hall; E5406 N. Shore Rd; N4715 St Hwy 22/110 posting places. 1. CALL THE PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER at 5:45pm 2. OPENING STATEMENT BY CHAIRMAN: This meeting and all other meetings of the Town Board are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted in three Posting places in accordance with WI Statutes so that the townspeople may be aware of the time, place, and agenda of this meeting. 3. ROLL CALL: Bruce Long, Bryan Strobusch, Chrisopher Ebert, Judy Doud, Patricia Craig, Marlyn Ebert A Public Hearing to consider approval of Ordinance 2025-1 regarding repeal of Ordinance #18 which pertains to control of dogs in the Town of Royalton. The public will be asked for any questions regarding the repeal of Ordinance #18 which pertains to the control of dogs. Patricia Craig relates she is in agreement with repealing Ordinance 18, and replacing with 2025-1. It will be in line with other Townships in regards to allowing Waupaca Co Sheriff’s Department to handle the capture of stray dogs. Motion by Ebert, second by Strobusch to close the hearing in approval. Carried 3-0. Public hearing adjourns at 5:55pm. -.
