TOWN OF ROYALTON ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE Tuesday, April 18, 2023, 7:00 p.m. Royalton Town Hall located at E6132 State Hwy 54 New London AGENDA This meeting Agenda has been posted at the Town Hall; E5406 N. Shore Rd; N4715 St Hwy 22/110 posting places. 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. OPENING STATEMENT BY CHAIRMAN: This meeting and all other meetings of the Town Board are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted and given to the press in accordance with WI Statutes so that the townspeople may be aware of the time, place, and agenda of this meeting. 3. ROLL CALL: Town residents present - Mike Wieters, Sheri Wieters, Judy Doud, Julie Motiff, Steve Motiff, Pat Roen, Nathan Togstad, Marlyn Ebert, Gerald Roen, Lori Rodencal 4. ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES FROM 2022 Read and motion to approve. Motion by Marlyn Ebert to approve the minutes from April 2022, second by Mike Wieters. Motion carried. 5. BUSINESS: a. 2022 Financial Report – Financial statement was reviewed. Motion by Marlyn Ebert, second by Pat Roen to approve the 2022 Financial Statement with no questions asked. Motion carried. b. Town Officials wages when doing town labor – Town workers wages were raised to $16 per hour. The Town Officials were previously approved to work at $15.50 per hour. Motion by Sheri Wieters to increase wages for Town officials performing town labor to $16 per hour effective immediately, second by Pat Roen. Motion carried. 6. INPUT: from Townspeople – Sheri Wieters thanked the Clerk for easy format of reading the Financial Statement. 7. SET DATE & TIME for 2024 Annual Meeting Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the Town Hall 7:00 pm 8. Motion for adjournment – Sheri Wieters, second by Mike Wieters to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. The Town Board requests persons requiring assistance to enable attendance and participation to provide 24 hour notice. Persons wishing to be on the agenda should notify the clerk/chairman ten days before the meeting
