TOWN OF ROYALTON SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING Friday, December 16, 2022 At the Town Hall 11:00 a.m. E6132 State Hwy 54 New London AGENDA This meeting Agenda has been posted at the Town Hall; E6707 Cty X; N4715 St Hwy 22/110 posting places. 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. 2. OPENING STATEMENT BY CHAIRMAN: This meeting and all other meetings of the Town Board are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted and given to the press in accordance with WI Statutes so that the townspeople may be aware of the time, place, and agenda of this meeting. 3. ROLL CALL: Gerald Roen, Marlyn Ebert, & Lori Rodencal. Mike Wieters and Sheri Wieters were absent. Visitors: 4. BUSINESS: a. Motion to negate quote to Waupaca County Highway Dept – Motion by Ebert, second by Roen to negate quote to Waupaca County Highway Dept for Landing Road. Motion carried. b. Motion to approve bidding of Landing Road – Motion by Ebert, second by Roen to bid Landing Road out. Motion carried. 5. MOTION TO ADJOURN – Motion by Ebert, second by Roen to adjourn at 11:13 a.m. Motion carried. The Town Board requests persons requiring assistance to enable attendance and participation to provide 24 hour notice. Persons wishing to be on the agenda should notify the clerk or chairman ten days before the meeting.
