Asked to be present at the upcoming Cemetery Committee meeting. 2026 Road Projects - RFP: Discussion on proposed projects. Recommendations following the Annual Road Viewing/Rating. Discussion. Agreement to do an RFP for culvert replacement with pulverization & repaving Mulroy Road & Frances Lane along with a portion of Cut-Off Road East portion to Hutchison with a culvert replacement & ditching. Noted that this would need to be in the paper two consecutive weeks leaving enough time to prepare the proposal. Bids to be awarded at a Special Meeting on July 21st at 6:00 p.m. Tree Trimming - RFP: Board asked if Cedar had sample tree trimming RFPs that the Town could use. Justin noted that he would forward to Chairman Simonis. Chip Seal Dead End/Not Heavilv Travelled Roads: Discussion on the pros and cons. Noted that this does prolong the life of the road allowing additional time before a complete pulverization & pave would need to be done. Also noting the substantial cost difference - approximately $40,000/mile to chip seal whereas complete projects normally range around $300,000. Decided to revisit this option in the fall to see if the budget will allow for a project. Motion to adjourn was made by Supervisor Shaw. Second made by Chairman Simonis. Motion carried. Respectfully Submitted,
