Special Town Board Meeting - March 10, 2026 Mukwa Town Hall, E85 I 4 Weyauwega Road, Northport Chairman Simonis called the meeting to order following the conclusion of the Monthly Town Board Meeting. Notification of this meeting was posted in the three designated places on March 7, 2026 All Meetings/Hearings will adhere to Robert's Rules of Order Pursuant to Town of Mukwa Ordinance I 0-05. Meeting with Cedar Corp.: Justin Keen (a) 2026 Road Construction Project- Road Specifications - Updates for Road Bids: Noted the LRIP award for the proposed Larry Road project with a reminder that the State/Municipal Project 514 Agreement (SMA) will need to be signed as soon as received. Also noted that Town Road Improvement Supplemental (TRIS) was applied for - final decision have not been made regarding this program. Justin advised that the funds were for 2027. Discussion on Town Road Specifications for bidding road projects such as shoulders, base and other recommendations. (b) Biennial Bridge Inspection - Discussion & Motion: Brief discussion. Motion to approve & sign the Waupaca County Highway Department Biennial Bridge Inspection and Inventory Form was made by Supervisor Shaw with a second to the motion made by Chairman Simonis. Motion carried. (c) Five-Year CIP Project: Discussion. Agreed to revisit this issue after annual road viewing. Rank & prioritize for future planning. (cl) Cedar Corporation - One-Year Contract: Cedar Corporation Master Agreement for Professional Services along with Addendum No. I was presented & reviewed prior to signature. Discussion on services provided, questions answered. Annual fee, $6,000, normally billed $3,000 in July & balance in October. Motion to adjourn was made by Supervisor Shaw. Second made by Chairman Simonis. Motion carried.
