Special Town Board Meeting - June 62 2025 - 4:00 p.m. 490 Mukwa Town Hall, E8514 Weyauwega Rd., No1thpo1t 4 in attendance Chairman Simonis called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Notification of this meeting was posted in the three designated places on May 30, 2025. Bids were Posted in the three designated places on May 22nd & published in the Press Star - Legal Notices on May 29th & again on June 5, 2025. Roll call of Office1·s: Cody Simonis, Chairman - Present; Lee Shaw, Supervisor I - Present; Matt Manske, Supervisor 2 - Present; Sandy Jensen, Treasurer - Excused; Jeannette Zielinski, Clerk - Present. All Meetings/Hearings will adhere to Robert's Rules of Order Pursuant to Town of Mukwa Ordinance I 0-05. 2025 Road Projects - Open & Read Road Project Bids Received for Portion of Klatt Road & Entirety of Rocky Mountain Drive & Roosevelt Court Bids were received from Waupaca County Highway Department; Northeast Asphalt, MCC & American Asphalt of Wisconsin. Each proposal was submitted in a separate sealed envelope per the bid specifications. Each bid was read in its entirety. (Details of eaclt bid are available ill tlte Clerk's Office.) Contracts to be awarded at the Monthly Town Board Meeting to be held on Tuesday, June I 0, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Klatt Road - Approx .. 25 miles - 20 Foot Width: Rocky Mountain Drive & Roosevelt Court- Approx .. 35 miles - 20 Foot Width: Waupaca County Highway Department: $198,300.00 Northeast Asphalt $157,400.00 MCC $139,251.66 American Asphalt of Wisconsin $174,980.20 Town Attorney - Letter of Engagement: Motion to accept & sign the Letter of Engagement for Town Counsel Law & Litigation, LLC to represent the Town in future town business was made by Supervisor Shaw with a second to the motion made by Supervisor Manske & the motion was carried. Motion to adjourn was made by Supervisor Shaw. Second made by Supervisor Manske. Motion carried.
