2025 April 15th Annual Meeting Minutes

ANNUAL MEETING -April 15, 2025 -6:00 p.m. 485 Mukwa Town Hall, E8514 Weyauwega Rd., Northpott 22 in attendance (including Board/Treasurer/Clerk) 2 Non-Residents Chairman Curns called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Notification of this meeting was Published in the Press Star on March 27th & again on April 10th and posted in the three designated places on March 22, 2025. Roll call of Officers: Jim Curns, (Retired) Chairman - Present; Lee Shaw, Supervisor I - Present; Matt Manske, Supervisor 2 - Present; Sandy Jensen, Treasurer - Present; Jeannette Zielinski, Clerk - Present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. .\.pproval - Minutes of the April 16, 2024 Annual Meeting: A Motion to accept & approve the April 16, 2024 Annual \....._., leeting Minutes was made by Ken Jaeger with a second to the motion made by Mike Jensen. Aye: (20) No: (0) Motion carried. 2024 Annual Financial Report: Reviewed & explained by Clerk Zielinski. Motion was made by Ken Jaeger to a·pprove and accept the 2024 Annual Financial Report. Second to the motion was made by Mike Jensen. Aye: (20) No: (0) Motion carried. Old Business: None. Chairman Curns asked if there were any other additions to the Agenda-Old Business: None New Business: None. Chairman Curns asked if there were any other additions to the Agenda- Any Other New Business: None. Note - Chairman Curns retired and did not run for re-election. Introduced new Town Chair, Cody Simonis and gave a brief synopsis of his approximately 26 years serving the Town. Emphasized that the Town has zero debt, which has always been a goal. Thank you Jim for your many years of service to the Town. Motion to set the 2026 Annual Meeting for Tuesday, April 21, 206 starting at 6:00 p.m. was made by Ken Jaeger with a second to the motion made by Mike Jensen. Aye: (20) No: (0) Motion carried. Motion to adjourn the 2025 Annual Meeting was made by Ken Jaeger. Second to the motion was made by Cathie Curns. Aye: (20) No: (0) Motion carried.
