Minutes of the Budget Hearing Town of Matteson, Waupaca County, Wisc. November 20, 2025 Present: DuWayne Federwitz, Greg Hanson, Mark Schuster, Patti Hill and Mike Mehlberg. The meeting was called to order at 6:41 PM by Chairman Federwitz. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all, and the Open Meeting Statement was read by Federwitz. Chairman proceeded to give an overview of the Budget Hearing process. It is noted that no citizens were present. Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Electors Town of Matteson, Waupaca County, Wisc. November 20, 2025 Present: DuWayne Federwitz, Greg Hanson, Mark Schuster, Patti Hill and Mike Mehlberg. The meeting was called to order at 6:55 PM by Chairman Federwitz. The purpose of this is meeting is to adopt the 2026 Town of Matteson levy in the amount of $213,388.00. It is noted that no citizens were present. Motion was made by Hanson and seconded by Schuster to adopt the 2026 Town of Matteson levy in the amount of $213,388.00. Roll call was taken: Federwitz, yes; Hanson, yes; Schuster, yes. Motion carried. Motion was made by Schuster to adjourn. Meeting was adjourned at 6:57 PM. Minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting Town of Matteson, Waupaca County, Wisc. November 20, 2025 Present: DuWayne Federwitz, Greg Hanson, Mark Schuster, Patti Hill and Mike Mehlberg. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Federwitz. After discussion, a motion was made by Schuster and seconded by Hanson to establish criteria for road bid selections which can be used for subsequent road bids. This will be a Policy P2025-1 and to be adopted on 11/20/2025. Roll call was taken: Federwitz, yes; Hanson, yes; Schuster, yes. Motion carried. Motion was made by Federwitz and seconded by Hanson to adopt the 2026 Town of Matteson Budget in the amount of $627,802.00 and the 2026 payable levy in the amount of $213,388.00. Roll call was taken: Federwitz, yes; Hanson, yes; Schuster, yes. Motion carried. Motion was made by Hanson to adjourn. Meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
