Public Comment will be heard in regard to Zoning Map Amendment Application; for Willis & Pat Pope, parcel number 12-17-12-2, located at N1639 Lind Center Road, Waupaca, WI 7. Adjournment Guidelines for Public Hearing : • This is the time for citizens and residents to express their views in order to inform the Board. • All speakers will stand at podium and use microphone. • All speakers will state their name prior to presenting. • All speakers will direct their comments to the Board. • Each speaker will be limited to 3 minutes. Speakers may not give their time to other people. • The following format will be used: Those in favor of the amendments Those opposing the amendments Final address by the applicants to address concerns/questions • We ask that everyone model courtesy and respect so as to not inhibit free speech.
