Call to Order: Open Meeting Statement: this meeting and all other meetings of the Lind town Planning Commission are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted, in accordance with the Wisconsin Statues, so that the citizens may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting. Be respectful of the time limit. ➢ Public comment period will be allowed for a maximum of 15 minutes. Once public comment is closed there will no longer be comments allowed from the audience unless addressed by a commission member. ➢ A commission member may ask for clarification from someone in the audience. ➢ The Planning Commission may conduct a roll call vote, a voice vote or otherwise decide to approve, reject, table or modify any item on this agenda. ➢ Residents of the Town of Lind are encouraged to contact any Planning Commission official via email and/or phone regarding any concerns or issues they may have at any time.
