JOINT MEETING OF THE TOWN OF LIND PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING AND THE LIND TOWN BOARD MINUTES WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8th, 2026 LIND TOWN HALL Due to not having a quorum for the Planning Commission present this meeting cannot be held. PRESENT: Colleen McCoy; Dawn Hardy-Reith; Joseph Palello. Absent: Art Richardson; Adam Pankow (excused); Brigid Ferkett (excused), Kristy Mechelke (excused). Town Board present: Kathy Nickel, Cindy Hardy, Tim Stearns. A list of others attending is in the roll call book. APPROVE/AMEND AGENDA: Postponed. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Postponed. PUBLIC INPUT: None. DISCUSSION OF 2026 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS FROM WAUPACA COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING: Discussion was held by the Town Board on how to proceed with the Roundtable meeting with other municipalities on Thursday, April 9th, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Waupaca County Highway building.
