Town of Lind Public Hearing Meeting Minutes Lind Town Hall, N1315 County Road A, Waupaca, WI Monday, March 26, 2026, 6:00 p.m. • Called to order at 6:00 pm • Roll call: K. Nickel, T. Stearns, C. Hardy, C. McCoy, K. Barrows all present. Public attendance per sign in sheets (8 per sign in book). • Amended Agenda: Motion by Supervisor II Hardy to approve agenda as printed; seconded by Supervisor I Stearns; motion passed unanimously by voice vote. • Public Comment will be heard regarding Zoning Map Amendment Application; Conditional Use Permit Application; and Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment application for Jordan Bauer, parcel number 12 07 12 29, 1.56 acres located at E2793 Crystal Road, Waupaca, WI. Jordan Bauer addressed the board informing of the services he provides which include auto services, welding and fabrication, engine work; renting of U-Haul trailers and repair of the U-Haul trailers; there will be no trailers larger than 15ft or trucks on the property. I have had the business for 4 years as an LLC, and lives at the property. Jazz Annibale spoke on behalf of Jordan indicating the low overheard, how the shop supports local auto stores; goals of hosting special events; having sponsorship at race tracks and auto shows; the goal in 5-10 years is to have another building; Jim Bronk spoke on behalf of Jordan Bauer and admired the drive Jordan has in operating his own business; Jill Bronk spoke on behalf of Jordan Bauer and can attest to his very hard working work ethic. Opposition of the Applications: None. • Adjournment: Motion by Chairperson Nickel to adjourn; seconded by Supervisor II Hardy; motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
