Meeting Minutes

TOWN OF LIND PLANNNING COMMISSIION MEETING MINUTES TUESDAY, AUGUST 5th, 2025 LIND TOWN HALL Chairman Richardson called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. Pledge of allegiance was recited. PRESENT: Art Richardson; Colleen McCoy; Steve Gall; Adam Pankow; Brigid Ferkett; Joseph Palello. Absent: Kristy Mechelke. A list of others attending is in the roll call book. APPROVE/AMEND AGENDA: It was moved by Gall, seconded by Pankow to approve the agenda as printed. Motion carried with voice vote. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: It was moved by Ferkett, seconded by Gall to approve June 3rd, 2025, Planning Commission minutes as presented. Motion carried with voice vote. PUBLIC INPUT: None Discuss and/or approve Conditional Use Permit – Harmen & Edna Waterlander, Parcel number 12-33- 31-2, physical address, N225 Pine Hill Road, Pine River. Edna Waterlander was present at tonight’s meeting. Discussion was held on the setbacks and location/placement of the mobile home. It was moved by Pankow, seconded by Mechelke to approve the Conditional Use Permit for Harmen & Edna Waterlander. Motion carried with voice vote. This will be presented to the Lind Town Board at the August 11th meeting. Next Meeting: Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025.
