Town of Lind Annual Meeting Minutes Lind Town Hall, N1315 County Road A, Waupaca, WI Tuesday, April 15 Immediately following the Monthly Board Meeting 1. Meeting called to order at 7:38 p.m. 2. Open Meeting Statement read. 3. Roll call – Kathy Nickel, Zoey Nelson, Cindy Hardy, Ken Barrows, Faye Neumann all present. Public attendance per sign in book. 4. Approve or amend agenda: Motion by Sue Golding, seconded by Brian Bodoh to add Public Comments to the agenda. Motion carried with voice vote. 5. Approve or Amend Minutes: • Annual Meeting April 16, 2024, Motion by Bob Jecevicus; seconded by Art Richardson to accept the minutes of the Annual Meeting of April 16, 2024 as printed. Motion carried with voice vote. 6. Approval of 2024 Financial Report: Review and discussion was held. Discrepancies were found on the reports. Motion was made by Bob Jecevicus; seconded by Steve Gall to have report verifications and corrections done and to present at the April 28th, 2025, Town Board Meeting. 7. Clerk administers oath of office to the 2025-2027 Board Members – Outing Clerk Faye Neuman swore in Chaiman Kathy Nickel; Supervisor I Tim Stearns; Supervisor II Cindy Hardy; Treasurer Ken Barrows; Clerk Colleen McCoy. 8. Public Comments: Golding is requesting more transparency on the financials of the Town of Lind. Example detail listings of the expenses being paid. 9. Next Annual meeting will be Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. 10. Adjournment: Motion by Art Richardson to adjourn; seconded by Steve Gall; motion carried with voice vote.
