TOWN OF LIND PLANNNING COMMISSIION MEETING MINUTES TUESDAY, MAY 6th, 2025 LIND TOWN HALL Chairman Richardson called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Pledge of allegiance was recited. PRESENT: Art Richardson; Colleen McCoy; Steve Gall; Adam Pankow; Brigid Ferkett; Joseph Palello; Kristy Mechelke. A list of others attending are in the roll call book. APPROVE/AMEND AGENDA: It was moved by Gall, seconded by Pankow to approve the agenda as printed. Motion carried with voice vote. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: It was moved by McCoy, seconded by Palello to approve April 2nd, 2025, Planning Commission minutes as presented. Motion carried with voice vote. PUBLIC INPUT: None Discuss and/or approve Conditional Use Permit – NorthAire LLC, Steven Shetter E2920 Nelsen Road, Parcel 12-08-33-4: Steven Shetter present at tonight’s meeting is seeking a Conditional Use Permit for E2920 Nelson Road, Parcel 12-08-33-4. Will be having an RV available from April – October on the property and will be put into storage for the winter months. Will be having a septic system hooked up to the RV. CUP will no longer be in effect when the home is built in the future. Zoned ag retention and can remain in ag retention. It was moved by McCoy, seconded by Ferkett to approve the Conditional Use Permit for Steven Shetter at E2920 Nelson Road. This will be presented to the Lind Town Board at the May 12th meeting. Motion carried with voice vote. Next Meeting: Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025.
