We would split costs based on ownership of Dayton Landfill which K. Nickel will be confirming those percentages. Believe Lind portion would be $150 or less. Motion by K. Nickel to approve quote for Linds percentage for work to be done based on approval by Dayton and Farmington also; second by Z. Nelson; motion carried unanimously by voice vote. • Town Hall remodel: Project planned to start Nov. 11th but they were able to start earlier; requesting help after meeting adjourns to move a few items out of the kitchen area. Will try to sell or dispose of items found that no longer are usable or needed. Will be purchasing paint, stain, and some additional office supplies for this area in near future. Is not an option to have Bauer place a permanent generator as this opens us up to needing a State electrical inspection and other items would no longer be grandfathered in.
