Notice of Open Book

NOTICE TO CITY OF DELAFIELD PROPERTY OWNERS THAT THE ASSESSMENT ROLL IS OPEN AND OPEN BOOK Notice is hereby given that , pursuant to Wis. Stat. §70.45, the 2026 assessment roll for the City of Delafield , Waukesha Count y, will be open for examination starting on the 29th day of June 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, M-F, at the City Clerk’s Office , 500 Genesee St., and on the City website, www.cityofdelafieldwi.gov. Additionally, the Assessor shall be available for Open Book on the 29th day of June 2026, at City Hall, Rm 202 (Second Floor Conference Room), 500 Genesee St., from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Appointments are recommended and can be made with the Assessor prior to the 29th day of June 2026, by calling Accurate Assessor at ( 920)749-8098 or via email at info@accurateassessor.com. Instructional material about the assessment and Board of Review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law.
