Public Hearing Minutes January 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Town of Lind Lind Town Hall, N1315 County Road A, Waupaca, WI 1. Meeting called to order at 6:04 p.m. by Chairman Nickel. 2. Open Meeting Statement was read by Chairman Nickel. 3. Pledge of Allegiance was done. 4. Roll call – Kathy Nickel, Zoey Nelson, Cindy Hardy, Ken Barrows, Faye Neumann all present. 5. Approve or Amend Agenda: Motion made by Z. Nelson to approve agenda as presented; second by C. Hardy; motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 6. Description and overview given of Greg Stelse Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment Application for approximately 6.55 acres of parcel 12-02-23-2 from Agriculture to Commercial and remove those acres from Farmland Preservation; and Greg Stelse Zoning Map Amendment Application for same acres from Agriculture Retention to Rural Commercial Neighborhood. G. Stelse representative/agent, Kyle Fischer, present and addressed questions from public. 7. Discussion held on Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment Application for G. Stelse. Motion made by C. Hardy to approve amendment of Comprehensive Plan Application for G. Stelse; seconded by Z. Nelson; motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 8. Discussion held on Zoning Map Amendment Application for G. Stelse. Motion made by K. Nickel, to approve amendment of Zoning Map Application for G. Stelse; seconded by Z. Nelson; motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 9. Discussion held on Certified Survey Map for G. Stelse. Motion by Z. Nelson to approve certified map as presented; seconded by C.
