Town of Lebanon—Special Board Meeting Minutes –December 26, 2024 Meeting called to order by Chairman Al Tank at 7:00PM Roll call by Clerk Schoenrock. Present: Al Tank, Randy Schoenrock, Lynn Tank, Mary Schoenrock, Don Laughlin (via phone) Motion made by Randy Schoenrock, 2nd by Al Tank to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Discussion was held on Quickbooks versions and which ones offer the needs of both the Clerk and the Treasurer. Motion made by Randy Schoenrock, 2nd by Don Laughlin to purchase the Advanced version of Quickbooks for 1 year at cost of $864.00 for the Clerk and reevaluate versions in 1 year and to continue with Treasurers current desktop version until the renewal date. Motion carried. Motion made to adjourn by Randy Schoenrock, 2nd by Al Tank. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:36PM. Respectfully submitted, Mary Schoenrock, Clerk
