Town of Taft Minutes to Special Meeting & Budget Planning Meeting Oct. 28, 2025 The Special Oct. 28 meeting of the Town Board was called to order at 7:07pm. All the members were present. Verification of Postings: Website, Town Hall, Otter Lake Bait Oct. 27, 2025 Special Agenda Items for this meeting are as follows: There was a motion by Jerry Czubakowski, 2nd by Del Kroeplin to authorize the transfer of $11010 from the HWY Reconditioning Fund to the Dump Account. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion by Jerry Czubakowski, 2nd by Del Kroeplin to authorize the treasurer to pay the invoice, in the amount of $11010 to SEH for Inv. 495748 for the Skyline Dr. Project. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. Some discussion about the ARIP, 30% plan Motion to adjourn by Del Kroeplin 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski at Time 7:21pm 2026 Budget Planning Meeting was called to order at 7:22 Chairman & Clerk went over the Proposed Budget with Board Members page by page. Highlighting any areas of change from the previous year. There was a motion by Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski to endorse the proposed budget. Approval was given by voice roll call: Del yes, Jerry yes, Darrell yes, Motion carried. There was a motion by Del Kroeplin, 2nd by Jerry Czubakowski to set the date for the Budget Hearing and Meeting of the Electors for Nov. 14 at 7pm.
