Special Town Board Meeting — Agenda

Town of Taft Minutes to Special Meeting Sept. 19, 2025 The Special Sept. 19 meeting of the Town Board was called to order at 12pm. All the members were present. Verification of Postings: Website, Town Hall, Otter Lake Bait Sept. 18, 2025 Special Agenda Items for this meeting are as follows: Presentation from Wisconsin Trust Fund Loan Program Reconsider a culvert replacement on Pinewood Dr. in conjunction with Dream Lake area. Much discussion with the representative from the Commission of Public Lands regarding the process in which is involved with borrowing money from the WI Trust Fund Loan Program. Money would be used for the Skyline Blacktop Project which we were approved for a ARIP 90/10 Grant We were told you can file to loan up as much as 5% of our equalized value. All the information was good and clear. We would not do anything in the year 2025. We would wait until 2026 and begin the process of application. First payment would not be until 2027.
