ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE Tuesday, September 1, 2026 Town of West Bend Town Hall, 6355 County Hwy Z, West Bend 6:30 p.m. Voter check-in & ballot distribution begins at 5:30 p.m. Election of Commissioner at ~7:30 p.m. No ballots may be distributed after collection of ballots commences. Any eligible voter in line at 7:30 p.m. will receive a ballot Voters must demonstrate eligibility for voting at an LCLPRD Annual Meeting (see reverse side for criteria) I. Call to Order II. Introduction of declared candidates, call for nominations from the floor, then casting of ballots. Ballots will be counted, and results reported prior to meeting adjournment. C. Other VI.
