Town of West Bend Staff Meeting Minutes July 29, 2026 Chairman Zagel called the Town of West Bend staff meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. at the town hall. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Present: Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld, Deputy Clerk Carole Ciriacks, Treasurer Jacquelyn Haas, and Zoning Administrator Ben Greenberg. Approval of Minutes of June 24, 2026 Meeting. Motion by Lindley to approve minutes of June 24, 2026 meeting. Seconded by Zagel. Motion carried. Public Works Projects & Status. Culverts on Hacker Drive, Paradise Drive, and Dunst Drive are completed, and Dunst Drive paving is completed. Washington County is fixing the transmission module on the 2012 snowplow truck. Financial/Budget Issues & Status. Discussed applying for road loan in September 2026. Second installment tax payments are due by July 31, 2026. Discussed Cedar Corporation billing. Workload Coverage, Communications & Customer Service. A letter and commercial registrations forms were mailed to businesses 7/27/2026. Office Equipment & Support Systems. Discussed updating the town hall conference system from Zoom to Microsoft Teams and digitizing records. Constituents Concerns & Issues. Discussed status of zoning violations, zoning process, and County EMS project. Motion by Lindley to adjourn, seconded by Zagel. Motion carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 10:50 A.M.
