Town of West Bend Staff Meeting Minutes June 24, 2026 Chairman Zagel called the Town of West Bend staff meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. at the town hall. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Present: Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld, Deputy Clerk Carole Ciriacks, Treasurer Jacquelyn Haas, Rita Nowotny, and Zoning Administrator Ben Greenberg. Approval of Minutes of May 27, 2026 Meeting. Motion by Zagel to approve minutes of May 27, 2026 meeting. Seconded by Lindley. Motion carried. Public Works Projects & Status. Culvert replacement is scheduled for Monday, July 13th and Tuesday, July 14th on Hacker Drive and Paradise Drive west of Hwy Z. Financial/Budget Issues & Status. Discussed Law Enforcement Contract between Cedar Community and Town of West Bend. Workload Coverage, Communications & Customer Service. Discussed zoning permit process, ZoningHub, and digitizing records. Office Equipment & Support Systems. None. Constituents Concerns & Issues. Discussed status of zoning violations and County EMS project. Motion by Wagor to adjourn, seconded by Lindley. Motion carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 10:50 A.M.
