Town of West Bend Staff Meeting Minutes May 27, 2026 Chairman Zagel called the Town of West Bend staff meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. at the town hall. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Present: Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, DPW Director Dennis Roethle, Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld, Deputy Clerk Carole Ciriacks, Treasurer Kerry Brandner, New Treasurer Jacquelyn Haas, and Zoning Administrator Ben Greenberg. Approval of Minutes of April 29, 2026 Meeting. Motion by Lindley to approve minutes of April 29, 2026 meeting. Seconded by Wagor. Motion carried. Public Works Projects & Status. Payne and Dolan will start the following road projects on Thursday, May 28, 2026: George Ct., Martha Ct., Martha Dr., Thoma Park Dr., and Woodland Summit. Fahrner provided bid of $56,000 for crack filling and another is coming in. Financial/Budget Issues & Status. Financial review will be done at the end of June. New Treasurer Jacquelyn Hass will train to be a notary and swear in as new treasurer. Workload Coverage, Communications & Customer Service. Discussed zoning permit process. Office Equipment & Support Systems. Staff will contact Washington County IT regarding the town’s zoom room. Constituents Concerns & Issues. Discussed status of zoning violations and County EMS project. Motion by Zagel to adjourn, seconded by Lindley. Motion carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 10:00 A.M.
