Town of West Bend Staff Meeting Minutes March 25, 2026 Chairman Zagel called the Town of West Bend staff meeting to order at 8:30 P.M. at the town hall. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Present: Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, DPW Director Dennis Roethle, Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld, and Deputy Clerk Carole Ciriacks. Approval of Minutes of February 25, 2026 Meeting. Motion by Lindly to approve minutes of February 25, 2026 meeting. Seconded by Wagor. Motion carried. Public Works Projects & Status. Discussed roads, borrowing money for roads, temporary weight limits for roads, and adding Transportation Resolution to next Town Board meeting. Financial/Budget Issues & Status. Discussed 2025 Financial Report. Workload Coverage, Communications & Customer Service. Discussed scheduling treasurer interviews. Office Equipment & Support Systems. None. Constituents Concerns & Issues. Discussed scheduling treasurer interviews. Motion by Zagel to adjourn, seconded by Lindley. Motion carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 10:15 A.M.
