Town of West Bend Staff Meeting Minutes January 7, 2026 Chairman Zagel called the Town of West Bend staff meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. at the town hall. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Present: Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld, Treasurer Kerry Brandner, Deputy Clerk Carole Ciriacks, and Zoning Administrator Ben Greenberg. Approval of Minutes of December 3, 2025 Meeting. Motion by Zagel to approve minutes of December 3, 2025 meeting. Seconded by Lindley. Motion carried. Public Works Projects & Status. Discussed bids from surveyors for Boettcher Drive. Financial/Budget Issues & Status. Discussed line of credit. Workload Coverage, Communications & Customer Service. Discussed violation letters, zoning process, appointment to Zoning Board of Appeals, cleaning service for the town, and proposed Public Boat Launch Operations Agreement between the Town and Big Cedar Lake PRD will be put on the town website. Office Equipment & Support Systems. None. Constituents Concerns & Issues. Discussed 18th Ave right-of-way annexation by City of West Bend and town newsletter.
