Town of West Bend Public Budget Hearing and Special Meeting of the Electors Minutes November 11, 2025 Chairman Zagel called the Town of West Bend Public Budget hearing to order at 6:00 P.M. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Present: Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, Treasurer Kerry Brandner, Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld, Washington County Deputy Andrew Graper, and 3 residents. Chairman Zagel explained the 2026 Budget Summary. Chairman Zagel asked 3 times for comments. Chairman Zagel made a motion to close the public hearing. Supervisor Lindley seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried. Chairman Zagel called the Special Town Meeting of the Electors to order at 6:20 P.M. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Adopt the 2025 Tax Levy to be paid in 2026 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of WI Statutes. Donna Schneider made a motion to adopt the 2025 Tax Levy of $1,109,894. John Behrens seconded the motion. 9 ayes; 0 nayes. All in favor. Motion carried. Approve the 2026 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 81.01(3) of WI Statutes. No longer required.
