Town Board Meeting — Minutes

Town of West Bend Town Board Minutes October 8th, 2025 Chairman Zagel called the Town of West Bend Town Board meeting to order at 5:00 P.M. at the town hall. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Present: Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld, and Treasurer Kerry Brandner. Discussion/Action re: Fees Discussed 2026 fees. Motion by Zagel to increase Publication Fee to $100, Site Plan Application New Single Family to $500, Site Plan Application Accessory Structure to $200, and Site Plan Application Commercial to $1,000. Seconded by Wagor. Motion carried unanimously. Discussion/Action re: Budget. Discussed 2026 budget. Chairman Troy Zagel made a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wisconsin State Statutes- Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to review Town employee performance. Supervisor Mark Wagor seconded the motion. Roll Call vote, Chairman Troy Zagel; aye, Supervisor Mark Wagor; aye, and Supervisor Steve Lindley; aye. All in favor. Motion carried.
