Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, December 8, 2025 * Minutes of the Monthly Regular Meeting of the Town of Germantown, December 8, 2025, at the Town meeting place (Rockfield Elementary School, N132W18473 Rockfield Rd, Germantown, WI 53022) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Kristin Dhein-Clerk, Chad Dhein- Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor Excused Members: None * Town members/Guests present: None * Public Presentation: None * Appearance: None * Clerk read the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on Monday, November 10, 2025. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein. Motion carried. * Treasurer read the Treasurer’s Report. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * The Board examined the bills to be paid and signed checks. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the bills. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * New Business: o Approve Jackson Fire Department Contract for 2026 – The Town Board reviewed the 2026 Jackson Fire Department Contract. Chad Dhein made a motion to approve the contract for the Town of Germantown. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. o Approve List of Election Workers for 2026 – The Town Board reviewed the list of election workers. Chad Dhein made a motion to approve the list of poll workers. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. o Waste Management Contract Renewal – The Town Board reviewed the Waste Management contract that will continue until 2030. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to approve the contract for the Town of Germantown. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein. Motion carried. o Approve Insurance Contract for 2026 – The insurance contract was received from Rural Mutual Insurance. The Board reviewed the contract. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to approve the 2026 contract with Rural Mutual Insurance for the Town of Germantown. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein. Motion carried. * Continued Discussion: o Road Update – Paul Metz gave an update on cost of the replacement of the culvert on Pioneer Road, the bridge repairs on Shadow Lane, and possible grants to repair Rocky and Cedar Lane. o ATV/UTVs on Town Roads – The Board is researching ATVs/UTVs on Town roads and will discuss further at the next meeting. o Solar Panel Road Agreement – The Town Board reviewed and signed the updated version of the Road Agreement from One Energy and the Village of Germantown. o Advisory Resolution – The Board will continue to review the Advisory Resolution at the next Town Board meeting. o Adopt Record Management System – The Board will continue to review the Wisconsin Record Management System and will decide whether or not to adopt it at a future meeting. * Clerk dispersed the mail that was received for Board members.
