Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman BUDGET MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, October 14, 2025 * Minutes of the Yearly Public Budget Meeting of the Town of Germantown, October 14, 2025 at the Town Meeting Place (3070 Helsan Drive, Richfield, WI 53076) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 6:20 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Kristin Dhein-Clerk, Jennifer Guslick- Supervisor, Chad Dhein-Supervisor Excused Member: None * Clerk read the minutes of the Budget Meeting held on Tuesday, October 15 and October 22, 2024. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein. Motion carried. * Treasurer read the Treasurer’s Report. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Motion was seconded by Chad Dheinz. Motion carried. * The Board began to review the 2025/2026 proposed budget. * Jennifer Guslick made a motion to leave the meeting open until we get numbers that are crucial to the budget. Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * Meeting adjourned at 9:11 pm until October 23, 2025 at 6:00 pm at 3070 Helsan Drive, Richfield, WI 53076. BUDGET MEETING MINUTES (CONTINUED) Thursday, October 23, 2025 * Minutes of the Yearly Public Budget Meeting of the Town of Germantown, October 23, 2025 at the Town Meeting Place (3070 Helsan Drive, Richfield, WI 53076) * Meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Kristin Dhein-Clerk, Chad Dhein-Supervisor Excused Member: Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor * The Board continued their review of the 2025/2026 proposed budget and went over the final numbers. Chad Dhein made a motion to propose the budget at the Town meeting on November 10, 2025 to a voice vote of 2 yes to 0 no’s. Paul Metz seconded the motion.
