Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, May 12, 2025 * Minutes of the Monthly Regular Meeting of the Town of Germantown, May 12, 2025, at the Town meeting place (Rockfield Elementary School, N132W18473 Rockfield Rd, Germantown, WI 53022) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Kristin Dhein- Clerk Excused Members: Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor * Town members/Guests present: None * Public Presentation: None * Appearance: None * Clerk read the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on Monday, April 14, 2025. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * Treasurer read the Treasurer’s Report. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * The Board examined the bills to be paid and signed checks. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the bills. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * New Business: o Clerk Resignation & New Clerk Appointment – Cheryl Chybowski resigned from the Clerk position. Kristin Dhein has been appointed as the current Clerk. o Clerk Discussion – The Board discussed the Clerk position moving forward and the possibility of appointing a Deputy Clerk as well as other options. * Continued Discussion: o Solar Panel Road Agreement – Paul Metz will be talking to the Village about the road agreement. o Update on .gov email addresses – Jennifer Guslick will follow up on finalizing the .gov email addresses. o ATV/UTV Discussion – No updates at this time. * Clerk dispersed the mail that was received for Board members. * The next regular meeting will be on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Rockfield Elementary School. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn.
