Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, March 10, 2025 * Minutes of the Monthly Regular Meeting of the Town of Germantown, March 10, 2025, at the Town meeting place (Rockfield Elementary School, N132W18473 Rockfield Rd, Germantown, WI 53022) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor, Chad Dhein- Supervisor, Kristin Dhein-Clerk Excused Members: None * Town members/Guests present: Cheryl Chybowski, Captain Froemming * Public Presentation: None * Appearance: Captain Froemming from the Jackson Fire Department presented the Town of Jackson Report * Clerk read the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on Monday, February 10, 2025. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * Treasurer read the Treasurer’s Report. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein. Motion carried. * The Board examined the bills to be paid and signed checks. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the bills. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * New Business: o Roadway Shared Grant Resolution – The Board reviewed Resolution No. 03-10-25-02, A Resolution to Accept Funds from the Washington County Roadway Shared Services Grant Program. Paul Metz made a motion to adopt the cleaned-up version of the Shared Services Grant Resolution - Resolution No. 03-10-25-02. Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. * Continued Discussion: o Mike Hug – Request to Build Larger Shed – Mike Hug was informed that his original structure size in a poll shed construction with no lean-to would be approved. The building inspector was notified that if Mike Hug applies for a building permit, he should let Chad Dhein know. o Rockfield Road Update – Paul Metz shared additional details about the grant received by the Town and Village for Rockfield Road and possible plans for the road work. o ARPA Funds – The Board continued to discuss how to use the remaining ARPA funds. Chad Dhein will look into purchasing printers and a laptop computer similar to computers purchased previously for the Board. o Update on .gov email addresses – Jennifer Guslick will follow up on finalizing the .gov email addresses. o ATV/UTV Discussion – No updates at this time. * Clerk dispersed the mail that was received for Board members. * The next regular meeting will be on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Rockfield Elementary School. * Jennifer Guslick made a motion to adjourn.
