Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman BUDGET MEETING MINUTES Monday, November 11, 2024 * Minutes of the Yearly Public Budget Meeting of the Town of Germantown, November 11, 2024 at the Town Meeting place at Rockfield Elementary School (N132W18473 Rockfield Rd., Germantown, WI 53022) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 8:50 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Kristin Dhein- Clerk Excused Member: None Town members/Guests present: None * Chad Dhein made a motion to waive the reading of the November 13, 2023 meeting minutes. Jennifer Guslick seconded the motion. Motion carried. * Chad Dhein went over the Proposed 2025 Budget. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to recommend to the Special Town Meeting to approve the Proposed 2025 Budget. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz and carried by voice vote. Motion carried. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick and carried by voice vote. Motion carried. * Chairman opened the meeting for questions, none were presented. * Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the Proposed 2025 Budget as written to the Board. Paul Metz motioned to send the Budget to the Board and Jennifer Guslick seconded the motion. Motion carried. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn.
