Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing Meeting Minutes (UNAPPROVED MINUTES) Monday, October 30, 2024 *Minutes of the Public Hearing of the Town of Germantown, October 30, 2024, at the Town meeting place (Rockfield Elementary School, N132W18473 Rockfield Rd, Germantown, WI 53022). *Clerk posted proper meeting notification. *Meeting was called to order at 6:08 P.M. by Paul Metz. *Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Kristin Dhein-Clerk *Town Members/Guests Present: Scott Landon-Planning Commission, Peter Kutzora-Planning Commission *A brief summary of the proposed comprehensive plan amendment was shared. The proposed update is intended to update the comprehensive plan in coordination with Washington County since the current comprehensive plan was adopted in 2008, and to comply with the State requirement that comprehensive plans be updated at least once every 10 years. *Jennifer Guslick made a motion to end the public hearing and move this to the Planning Commission. Dianne Lyman seconded the motion. Motion carried. *Meeting adjourned at 6:50 P.M. Dianne Lyman seconded the motion. Motion carried. *Peter Kutzora of the Planning Commission made a recommendation to the Town Board to approve Resolution No. 10-30-24-04 to adopt the procedures for the plan for the Town of Germantown. Scott Landon seconded the motion. Motion carried. *Chad Dhein made a motion to approve the Comprehensive Plan update with future changes to be discussed at a future date. Jennifer Guslick seconded the motion. Motion carried. *Jennifer Guslick made a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 10-30-24-01. Chad Dhein seconded the motion.
