Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman Special Meeting Minutes Monday, September 23, 2024 *Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Town of Germantown, September 23, 2024, at the Town meeting place at 3070 Helsan Dr. Richfield, WI 53076. *Clerk posted proper meeting notification. *Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Paul Metz. *Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Kristin Dhein-Clerk, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer Excused Members: Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor *Town Members/Guests Present: None *The Board discussed the bids for Fire and EMS Services in the Town of Germantown. They reviewed the updated contract from the Village of Jackson. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the Jackson Fire Department contract for Fire and EMS Services for the Town of Germantown. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. *The Board discussed the ARIP application shared from the Village of Germantown. Paul Metz shared the details of the application and grant with the Town Board that will be used to fix Rockfield Road if we receive the grant. He submitted the requested information to Kevin Driscoll at the Village of Germantown to complete the application, which will be sent in by the Village this week. *Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn.
