Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance Chairperson Nicholas Newton called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, and all members were present. 2. Approval of Agenda at Chairperson’s Discretion Motion: To approve the agenda as presented. Moved: Silvis • Seconded: Dye • Vote: Carried 3-0 Discussion/Possible Action On 3. Employee HSA The Board noted that the employee HSA matter has been resolved. 4. 2027 Budget Adeline Huybrecht presented the 2027 library budget proposal to the Board. New Business 5. RC Inspection Agency The Board reviewed the updated 2027 price list from RC Inspection Agency. The electrical codes have been updated to more recent models and guides, reflecting new requirements from the State. Clerk Huybrecht will request updated proof of insurance from RC Inspection Agency annually. Motion: To approve the new 2027 pricing schedule as presented by Rick Clem of RC Inspection Agency. Moved: Newton • Seconded: Silvis • Vote: Carried 3-0 The Board then considered an amendment to the UDC ordinance to include detached garages, boat houses and vacant lots. The verbiage was provided by Rick Clem through Town Attorney Greg Harold, and is to be added to the end of point 4 of Ordinance 2018-01. Moved: Newton • Seconded: Dye • Vote: Carried 3-0 6. Dam Discussion The Board acknowledged input from residents regarding water levels and deferred further questions to the news post on the town website. 7. Papoose Lake Road Gravel Spreading The Board approved M.J. Electric to spread its own gravel on the leased property located at the corner of Papoose Lake and Little Papoose Roads, and the gravel does not need to be removed.
