Call to Order Clerk Luke Huybrecht called the meeting to order at 10:02 AM. 2. Appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson Alternate Joseph Discianno nominated Supervisor Robert Silvis to serve as Chairperson of the Board of Review. Chairperson Silvis then appointed Alternate Discianno as Vice Chairperson. Motion: To appoint Robert Silvis as Chairperson of the Board of Review. Moved: Discianno • Seconded: Dye • Vote: Carried 2-0 3. Confirmation of Board of Review and Open Book Meeting Notices Clerk Huybrecht confirmed that the Board of Review and Open Book meeting notices were posted and issued on September 11, 2026, on the Town website, on the Town Hall bulletin board, and in the Lakeland Times. 4. Verification of Mandatory Board of Review Training (Wis. Stat. § 70.46(4)) The Board verified that at least one member has met the annual mandatory training requirement. Chairperson Silvis completed the training on September 27, 2026, and the form is on file with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Board of Review Proceedings 5. Presentation of the Annual Assessment Report & Assessment Roll The Town Assessor presented the Annual Assessment Report and Assessment Roll. The Assessor verified that no corrections of error under Wis. Stat. § 70.43 were needed, since all changes were correct. The Assessor also verified that no Open Book changes were requested. 6. Review of the Assessment Roll and Statutory Duties The Board examined the assessment roll. No description or calculation errors needed correction, no omitted property was found, and no property was double assessed. Two-Hour Window for Property Assessment Objections No taxpayers appeared before the Board during the two-hour objection window. 8. Acceptance of the Annual Assessment Report & Final Assessment Roll Motion: To accept the Annual Assessment Report and Final Assessment Roll as presented by the Town Assessor.
