Call to Order and Approval of Agenda Chairman Newton called the meeting to order at 8:03 AM; the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion: To approve the agenda at the Chairman's discretion. Appointment to Fill Town Supervisor Vacancy The Board expressed appreciation to the three candidates interviewed at the June 22, 2026 Special Town Board Meeting. Motion: To appoint Danny Dye to fill the remainder of the vacant Supervisor term. Moved: Newton • Seconded: Silvis; Huybrecht • Vote: Carried 3-0 Clerk Huybrecht indicated he would notify Danny Dye of the appointment order after the meeting.
