1 Northwoods Emergency Medical Services District Board Meeting Monday, February 9, 2026, 9:00 AM Boulder Junction Town Hall A quorum of Town Board members from each of the four member Towns may be present at this meeting. No official Town Board action will be taken by these members during their attendance at this meeting. The following items may be considered for discussion and or action. Agenda Call to order Roll Call Read and approve Agenda as posted Thursday, February 5, 2026. The Chair may change the order of the agenda at his discretion. Approve minutes from previous meeting January 8, 2026. Old Business: 1. Follow up on the status of ambulance lease agreements with the town of Boulder, town of Winchester, town of Presque Isle and the Manitowish Waters Fire company. 2. Follow up on receiving insurance declarations from the three towns and the Manitowish Waters Fire company. 3. Discussion of current status of facility lease agreements. 4.
